Where Can I View My Team’s Travel Records for the Month?

The Business Travel feature provides a comprehensive view of your team's travel activities, including check-in/check-out times, distances traveled, customer visits, and time spent at each location. This centralized dashboard allows managers and team leaders to monitor field staff movements, analyze travel patterns, and verify customer visit data for the selected time period.

  1. For example, you want to view your team’s traveling for the month. Go to desktop site Main Navigation > Business Map > Business Travel (Table)
    Open the page herehttps://system.caction.com/business-travel/table

  2. Click “Business Travel Date Range” to select the date range you want to view.

  3. Select the data range.

  4. Click “Done”.

  5. Click “Filter by User” to select a specific department or users.
