Why You Can' Log In to Other Device ?

If a user is unable to log in from a new device, the issue may be related to IMEI restrictions. IMEI-based authentication ensures that only authorized devices can access the system. To allow a user to log in from a new device, the admin can approve the request via the IMEI management feature.

When a user attempts to log in from an unauthorized device, the system performs an IMEI check to ensure secure access. Admins will receive notification emails prompting them to review and approve these login attempts.

This IMEI approval feature enhances security by giving admins control over which devices are allowed to access the system. Admins can manage approvals directly from the User List in the HR Suite on the desktop site, or via the email notifications sent to verified admin accounts.

Note: IMEI approval can only be performed by designated administrators and must be managed through the desktop website.

 

If you see the prompt mentioned below, please contact your admin. They will approve your new device login, and you can try logging in again.
