How to Use Job Category Schedule Page?

The Job Schedule Page in Caction is a visual calendar interface that displays all scheduled jobs and tasks categorized by job types or status. It provides users with a clear overview of upcoming jobs, including details such as job number, job category, customer name, status, and assigned personnel. Jobs are color-coded by status and can be filtered by users, customers, teams, and other criteria. Users can view the schedule in daily, weekly, or monthly formats, making it easy to monitor workloads and timelines.

Navigate through the system using the steps below:

  1. On the desktop site, navigate to Business Management, then select Schedule, and click Job Category Schedule.

  2. Click either (a) or (b).

  3. Click on the "previous" or "next" button to go to the previous or next month.

  4. Click on the date you want to view.

  5. The calendar will be shown as below.

  6. Click on the "Calendar".

  7. Choose the view option.

  8. The picture below shows the weekly view. *Note: The Job Categories are shown at left side.

  9. Click "Today" to view the job today.

  10. Click on the "Refresh" button to get the latest information.

  11. Click "Filter" to expand or hide the filter bar.

  12. Edit the filter to filter the job.

  13. For example, click "Access Type = Assign" if you want to edit the access type filter.

    Terms Description
    All Will display all Jobs that the user has View or Assign access to
    Assign Will only display Jobs that the user is Assigned to
    Alert Will only display Jobs that the user is Alerted in

  14. Click "Alert".

  15. Jobs with the filter will be shown as below.

  16. Click on the filter bar.

  17. Click on the filter variable you want to filter the jobs.

  18. Select the filter value you want.

  19. Click on the "Done" button.

  20. The jobs with the filter will be shown as below.

  21. Click "Favourite Filter" if you want to set the filter as favourite filter.

  22. Click "+ Add".

  23. Enter the name of the favourite filter.

  24. Click "Save" and the favourite filter has been saved successfully.

  25. Click "Favourite Filter" if you want to set a favourite filter as default filter.

  26. Click "Default Filter".

  27. Select the favourite filter you want to set as default filter.

  28. The default filter has been saved successfully and it will be apply automatically everytime you entered this page.

  29. Click “Clear All” if you want to reset all filters applied previously.

  30. Click on the options to filter the jobs.

    Terms Description
    Pending Job Jobs that are not Completed/Cancelled
    Overdue Job Jobs that are past End DateTime but are still not yet Completed/Cancelled
    Alerted Jobs that the user is Alerted in
    Order by Asc/Desc Arrange Jobs by when it was created. Oldest to Newest or vice versa

  31. Click on the "+ Add Job" button to add a new job.
