The Desktop Access management feature is crucial for maintaining appropriate system access levels based on job roles and responsibilities. By default, Sub-Admin and Admin users automatically receive desktop access, while other staff members need to be specifically granted this permission.

Benefits :

  • Ensure employees only have the system access appropriate for their job functions.
  • Limit desktop system access to staff members who genuinely need it for their roles.
  •  Allocate desktop licenses efficiently based on actual business requirements.
  • Maintain clear visibility of which staff members have desktop capabilities.

*Note: Sub-Admin and Admin users will automatically have access to Desktop Version.
