Guide to Enabling Notifications, Camera, and GPS Permission for Caction App
This guide will help you configure essential device permissions for the Caction app, ensuring proper functionality. Correctly configured settings will allow the app to send notifications and access your camera and GPS—features critical for field operations.
If you're not receiving notifications or experiencing issues with camera and GPS access on your device, please follow the steps below to verify your settings:
- Android Version:

Go to the "Settings" app on your phone, ccroll down and tap on the "Apps" section (Note: The name may vary depending on your device model).

Click "Apps".

In the "Apps" section, locate and select the "Caction" app.

Tap on "Notifications" and ensure that the "Allow notifications" toggle is turned ON.

Tap on "Permissions," then select "Camera".

Make sure the "Allow" toggle is turned ON.

Tap on "Location" and ensure the "Allow only while in use" toggle is turned ON.
