How to Check Asset Availability ?

Before assigning Assets to a Job, you can first check which ones are available by filtering out assets that are currently attached to other Jobs. This helps avoid scheduling overlaps and ensures the right equipment or tools are ready when needed. Using this filter makes scheduling faster, reduces delays, and keeps jobs running smoothly.

Important Notes

• Asset availability is checked based on the Job’s scheduled date.
• This filter cannot be used for repeat Job creation.

1. Desktop Version 

1. During Job creation, click to Asset section to open asset list.
   
   
   
   
2. Click “+ Add Filter”, then choose Asset > Asset Available Only.
   
   

3. Customize Filter Settings

   • Enable the filter and adjust buffer time if needed. Set to 0 minutes to include Assets with no buffer.

   • Optionally, toggle Include Cancelled Jobs if you want to see Assets from cancelled assignments. Click Done to apply the filter

4. The Asset list now shows only assets that are available for the selected Job time, Then, you may proceed with selection.
