1. Asset & Job History Management 

Managing your equipment is now more intuitive with our dedicated Asset List Page and Asset History Section . These tools provide a complete, seamless timeline of all Asset movements, transactions, and Job-specific activities, ensuring you have reliable data logged for audit purposes.

Our Caction platform allows admins and technicians able to see, track, and monitor the movement of the Assets, from whether it was attached to a Job, or removed from a Project, or included in a Digital Form. You will be able to see what happened to the Asset, where has it been, who had moved or attached it to all the different Jobs, Projects, and Customers.

To help you find exactly what you need, our robust filtering options allow you to sort Asset history from Sites/Customers, to Projects, to Jobs, to all the different Digital Forms that you have in the system.You can also use filters to see the type of movement performed on each equipment, such as when it was attached or removed. 

This feature provides complete visibility into equipment movements, ensuring Assets are used correctly by technicians across all Jobs.

2. Job Scheduling: Plan Your Service Jobs in Advance

Through our Job Schedule feature, you can create and assign both Preventive and Corrective Jobs well in advance, ensuring your team is always prepared for upcoming tasks.

Once a Job is created, you can assign specific technicians to the task. This ensures clear accountability and helps each team member understand their responsibilities. You can also set what actions are available to technicians within the job, including:

  • Full Access: Allows the technician to view and edit Job details.

  • View Access: Allows technicians to view only all Job-related items without making changes.
